LIORÈN® Perfumes

At LIORÈN® Perfumes, we take great care in packing and shipping our products. Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


✅ Eligible for Return & Refund

We accept returns and provide refunds only in the following case:

  • The product is damaged, leaked, or broken at the time of delivery

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • An unboxing video (from opening the sealed package) is mandatory

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Clear photos/videos showing the damage


❌ Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

No return or refund will be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the product is not damaged

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Dislike of fragrance or performance

  • Used, opened, or partially used perfumes

  • Minor packaging imperfections (outer box dents, seal stickers, etc.)

  • Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer error

Once delivered successfully and found undamaged, the order is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.


🔁 Replacement or Refund Process

  • Once the damage claim is verified, we will offer either:

    • A replacement, or

    • A refund (based on availability and our discretion)

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method


🚚 Shipping Damage Responsibility

Any damage occurring after delivery or due to customer handling will not be eligible for return or refund.

Fragrance performance and notes are subjective and vary from person to person.
No return or refund will be provided based on fragrance preference.
